I live and breath fashion and all things pop culture. My fashion philosophy is that you don't need to spend thousands of dollars on clothes to look trendy, beautiful and turn heads. I think investing in key pieces, like a good suit, a hot LBD, etc. is key. These are clothes that will never go out of style. That way, regardless of what your budget may be, you can play those key pieces up, or down, with more affordable pieces that may be trending at the moment but will likely not be in by next season.
