Kim Kardashian has always been a trendsetting fashionista, and her
pregnancy has been no different.
Kim is expecting her first child, a girl, with rapper, Kany West, in July, 2013. Since announcing her pregnancy earlier this year, all eyes have been focused on Kim's fashion. Some of her fashion choices have been big hits, while others left something to be desired. Nonetheless, Kim has once again proven that, even pregnant, she's still got it.
Maternity clothes rarely fall in the fashionable or trendy category. However, Kim has clearly refused to let the lack of imagination in maternity wear stop her from turning heads, even while pregnant. Kim has often pared non-maternity tops with maternity bottoms and vice versa. Most shockingly of all, is that Kim is 8 months pregnant and still sporting her 4 inch
Louboutin heels. While this is what I would call dedication, I'm hoping Kim retires her pumps at least until she has her little bundle of joy.
I admire Kim for the bold fashion choices she has made throughout her pregnancy. Although I liked some more than others (her
Met Gala dress left me puzzled), she has done a great job showing women that pregnancy is no reason to retire your style creativity. It may be challenging at times, but it is certainly not impossible.
With one month left to go before we welcome a brand new bouncing Kardashian baby into the world, I am certain that Kim's trend setting maternity fashion choices will continue to amaze.
